The Beagle will let you know he's around,
especially if left alone with no companions (you may need to
get two). The beagle has a LOUD voice! They can be
stubborn and difficult to train. Because of their deep
instinctive natures beagles should not be left to roam
alone. Their nose and need for activity may lead them into
troublesome situations. Beagles are gentle animals who are
great with children and other dogs.
